Comfort Inn Kanata Ottawa West

I stayed for a couple of nights with my family to catch a concert nearby. The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the big shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom, which is more eco-friendly. The breakfast had a decent spread, but I wished for more seating availability because it got crowded. The staff could have been a bit more accommodating when I asked for extra blankets. It felt like a hassle just to get some comfort for the night.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options, making it easy to explore the area.

The Wi-Fi was slow, making it nearly impossible to stream videos or use heavy applications.

Handy central location very close to a partial residential area, different areas, the center. Everything was good, but a few employees were quite busy. I loved the savoury food they offered.

The location was very good, directly at the hotel there is a metro station, the staff was friendly.

The hotel needs to be modernized, the bathroom does not correspond to a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was in a handy location, in quiet area. The whole room was spotless with adapters, access to outside, for example.

Construction work on the roof and thus limited parking.

The noise from other guests returning from the sports event at 2am was unbearable. I also had to deal with an alarm clock that wouldn't turn off! I expected at least a small gesture of compensation for my trouble but was left feeling completely unappreciated. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The service here was excellent. Besides, my parking was on-site. The location of this hotel was great. The area was pretty nice.

Breakfast is not good, no atmosphere, TV is on, loud, you quickly run away again. Uta

Couldn't recommend more for a fleeting trip

Clean room, convenient breakfast, with a great location just off the main highway, made exploring the area easy, and the amenities included a tv and air conditioning that enhanced our comfort .

For us, it was ideal.

I liked how close it was to the arena I was going to and how it was in an area that was easily acceptable.

The rowdy crowd at 3am.

Think that this ideal hotel is beyond compare, liked it. The venue is an excellent place for a weekend in Ottawa. Its location is marvellous and decent, close to Far away from dowtown and Close to Wesley Clover Parks, residential area. Kanata district deserves to be explored.
